Shipping Policy

In-stock orders typically ship out the same business day if placed by 2:00 PM Eastern time. Orders of $100 or more get free standard shipping to the "lower" 48 United States. Please see the complete shipping policy below. 

Please note that orders that are placed with invalid phone numbers and/or invalid email addresses and/or invalid shipping or billing addresses are canceled and refunded.

We ship to most addresses in the United States (48 continental states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and Canada.

We currently do not ship to countries other than the USA or Canada.

When We Ship

Most orders comprised entirely of in-stock items that are placed by 2:00 PM Eastern time typically ship out the same business day. We do not ship out on Saturday, Sunday, or on USA Holidays.  Please see the list of holidays below.

Shipping Methods By Location

48 CONTINENTAL STATES - We offer standard shipping and various UPS services.

• Standard shipping to the 48 Continental States is a flat-rate of $9.99 . Orders shipped to the 48 Continental States with subtotals of $100 or more ship free *. Standard shipping is by any of various US Postal Service (including USPS Parcel Select Ground), FedEx, or UPS services at our sole discretion. We typically ship from our main location near Buffalo, New York but may occasionally ship from other warehouse locations when stock levels dictate, so please allow 7-10 days for package transit, regardless of your location.
• UPS services offered to the 48 Continental States include Ground, 3Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air,at varying rates based on weight. (Please note: In some rare instances we may substitute the UPS service for a similar FedEx service, with a delivery date that will meet or beat the expected delivery of the selected UPS service. This is sometimes necessary when we are experiencing heavy order volume, or inclement weather causes a carrier to not pickup.)

HAWAII, ALASKA, AND PUERTO RICO - We offer standard shipping and various UPS services.

• Standard shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is a flat-rate $14.99. Orders with subtotals over $199.99 have a flat rate ship rate of $39.00. Standard shipping is by any of various US Postal Service (including USPS Parcel Select Ground), FedEx, or UPS services, at our sole discretion. We typically ship from our main location near Buffalo, New York but may occasionally ship from other warehouse locations when stock levels dictate, so please allow 7-14 days for package transit, regardless of your location.
• UPS services offered to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico include Ground, 3Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air, at varying rates based on weight. (Please note: In some rare instances a similar FedEx service may substituted, with a delivery date that will meet or beat the expected delivery of the selected UPS service. This is sometimes necessary when we are experiencing heavy order volume to ensure that your order is most efficiently delivered to your location.)

CANADA - Shipments to Canada are typically shipped US Postal Service International FIrst Class or International Priority at our sole discretion.
