Refund & Return Policy
Custom items, special order items, and any item that has been cut to size (including but not limited to silicone vacuum hose and heater hose) are not returnable.
You may return most other items that are new and unopened within 30 days of purchase (the date your payment was made) for a full refund of the item(s). An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is required... you must contact us to request an RMA number within 30 days of the payment for the purchase. The returned items must be received at our office within ten days of the issuance of the RMA number to be considered for a return. The refunded return payment will exclude the original shipping charge when we shipped the item to you. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs to get the item(s) back to us, but we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect item due to our mistake).
We typically process return payments within 1 week of the receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
